The mighty Pluto has not quite finished with your sign yet. Don’t be fooled by the astronomically small size of this planet - it’s a very powerful vibration. And its effects over the last eleven or so years have been to push you beyond your conceived limits in some life areas. It is now preparing to add finishing touches or make surprise visits to old issues between June 08 and January 09 and take matters to conclusive solutions. You will not be allowed to leave many loose threads, and those that have to be left will be that way for good reasons. Pluto is nothing if not thorough. It cares very much for smaller detail towards larger pictures; that’s why this year it’s vital to take a longer and more careful route through financial and business income which should not be considered secure until the onset of winter. If it is not stable by then it needs to be seen as past and disposable. The advent of Mars into the other fire sign of leo in May will prompt you to prove yourself in matters professional, or possibly non-professional. But don’t confuse the word non-professional with the word amateur! Everything you do will have accountability and be liable to scrutiny by August. Those connections you deem important will only become accessible in September as a result of care and diligence in the three months prior to that.

If at the end of May you feel that partners drag their feet or become evasive you should look at your personal propensity for mixed signals and see that other people might have reached a point of uncertainty concerning these. This has to straighten out by the third week of June, one way or another, and some of the efforts or struggles of the previous eight months then reveal a more amenable or harmonious side via the changed attitudes of people with whom involvement means support or response. Maybe the trick is to stop expecting life to be full of highs that emerge as a result of great effort, and settle instead for a level road which has advantages in all sorts of weather and scenery. The adjustment of temperament to prevailing conditions is one of the best ways to sustain the makings of contentment. This does not lie in the hands of others but in your ability to read situations and act or react accordingly. You need perhaps to pause in financial endeavours to see how far things can be pushed. But this delay is offset by the fact that you have done the deeper investigation and the planning and are fairy sure what will work and what to leave behind. You have to face the limitations by the end of July and make decisions on them. There will be some tougher questions or procedures in August, although these will perhaps be par for the course, and not something to fret about because they will clarify any doubts about the integrity or the strength of what and who you are intending to get involved with. You may not need to seal connections until the year end, but they should be formed in time for December.

Autumn update

If your recreational or social life is buzzing then it might also be a little complicated. September sees the need for negotiation in matters demanding either a delicate balance or a good dose of politically correct diplomacy technique. This is not an easy thing for outspoken Sagittarius and if you are the quiet type of Sagg who likes to observe and rationalise the proceedings carefully, then be sure you speak up at appropriate times and are seen to be taking things seriously. Whatever type you are there is a lot to be gained and a lot to be lost this autumn in the way of vital connections or access to pleasurable pursuits. The membership thing might be metaphorical or it might be literal but it hangs in the balance until the end of October. Whether you are included or not into a dynamic or elite circle - the elite part is a matter of degree and a matter of personal opinion, yours! But you do not want to ostracise the wrong people by being snobby or evasive just when you are most needed. There could be plans that you have had up your sleeve since early this year and they are set to move forward in September by imperceptible inches rather than great bounds. So be prepared and be available, because you may have to prove what you know in late October before you are allowed in to the members area in late November, after which there is a noticeable increase in personal confidence and security

Your overall capacity for change is greater rather than lesser, and even the most absorbed and philosophical types in your sign are ready for adventure without much coercing. There is no denying this has been a difficult year but it has also been one which has taught you greater self-discipline in matters financial. And perhaps the offshoot of that is that you have more insight or acumen in a business or monetary sense.

You will know what is possible and what isn’t. After the rather splendid aspect between Saturn and Jupiter in October your career needs will be supported by the financial outlook and there will be a chance to make good on things lost last December and in January 2008. A chance to recoup losses or to move into territory which compensates for unfinished business or hopes dashed.

The presence of Mars in your own sign in December will highlight your sun, so there will be the need for some restraint amid a surge of adrenaline and enthusiasm rekindled by old wishes - or old flames. There is much for you to gain and to claim, some of it based on reward for past efforts, and some of it based on what others wish you to have in return for what they want you to do. But remember the saying about there being no such thing as a free lunch.
