In the next few months, at certain times and for certain Librans, there is compromise to personal hopes or plans Of course, compromise is your middle name so it may not faze you. But you need to take care that what arose in April does not upset your partner or someone else close, and that they do not become put out or intimidated by the means you have in mind for combating hold-ups and obstacles. On some of the more important issues it may be best to experiment and research but leave the decisive actions over until September. By then you will have a keener instinct about the validity of these things and an even keener support team on your side.

The current presence of Saturn in your solar chart gives a good deal of silent backing when you least expect it, but is also liable to bring full-stops or curfews for little known reason. Hence there are times when you will have to wait while battles not of your making are fought and won around you, or restrictions nothing to do with you are lifted to allow progress. July is one such time, and it’s advisable to show gratitude or accept help gracefully until August reveals the source of the favour, or the identity of the real control.

By your own means or intervention you can set a tempo or a regime in the late summer which tends to ease proceedings until certain problems lingering from last year are due to dissolve naturally or be put into a better perspective as 2008 elapses.

Popularity in May can be a double-edged sword, as you will discover at the end of the month if you don’t don’t be clear about dates and engagements and stick to them. You may be asked to divide your time or to be in two places at once, but to try to comply is just asking for trouble. The problem with being so indispensable is that you daren’t for a minute risk the talent which gave rise to the label, (it’s that old compromise thing again!). Take care you don’t shoot yourself in the foot; disappointments in June can be as a result of your own lack of foresight, or insight, in your haste to do too much for too many in too short a space of time. If the last six months taught you anything at all it will be to do with making connections on the wrong terms or for the wrong reasons and then trying to turn them into something they are not. Having expectations isn’t the same as having results. Wishing doesn’t make it so, but there is no harm in hoping, and then working towards it.

If you are popular and well received in May and June you must deliver in July and August or have very good reasons why you cannot do so. September might change everything for you. As the sun goes through your sign again it will highlight your personal reactions, and try as you may you will not be able to avoid having them. These in turn will determine a lot of things that you have been unable to get straight in your own knowing and your own mind.

Autumn update

The theme currently is balance and proper alignment. Some juggling acts are inevitable as a consequence to September’s developments, supportive as some of them are. A lot of it may be so you try to get the most from the potential at that time, but if you drop balls then expect to have to make good and realign in October. And if you take our tip you won’t even try any ameliorating until after the end of that month because it is not until then that the obvious personal and/or highly sensitive gaffs appear to take effect. And to attempt to mend something before someone realizes it’s broken is to make matters worse in a lot of cases; you don’t want to appear devious on top of some of the craftier moves you may make - rightly or wrongly.

Librans are fond of getting themselves into trouble by stretching themselves too thinly or fudging round errors in judgement when the ‘proverbial’ has hit the fan. If you come out of September and October with your reputation in tact and your head held high it is because you are either an ace diplomat or a skilful illusionist. Perhaps they are one and the same thing, but if you cannot help but give in to the temptation to splurge your energies, attentions or pleasure zones this autumn then you should expect to have to take time in November and December to order your life and prioritize the aftermath of what could be quite chaotic and an agenda so crammed your jaw aches from talking so much.

The forward motion of Jupiter in capricorn will mean that plans both personal and domestic can be restarted after a lapse for reappraisal in the summer months - or a reality check. December will escalate matters and anything you became deeply embroiled or involved in during October which is proving too costly should be vetoed and abandoned by Christmas - lest it run away with you and begin to defeat the object of the exercise of why it was undertaken in the first place.

This is not the most fruitful of years for you perhaps, but in October with Mars in scorpio in the area of your solar chart which deals with finance and security matters, and Mercury still retrograde in your own sign, events could be triggered which were not of your choice and possibly totally unscheduled. All this purely through the prevarication or indecision talked about in the above paragraph. And you could find that at the end of October you are catapulted out of one money making situation and into another which is far more dynamic or unusual. This though is largely dependent upon the trust you place in situations and people of an exotic nature with bags of charisma and a plan. By the end of November they have proved themselves and shown their true colours: more black and white than previously thought and therefore easier to understand. The year for Librans ends on an upbeat note and threatens more scintillating things for 2009.
