The weeks between May and September mean an easing of the slog and a ‘coasting period’ - during which you can spot a more pleasant situation looming. Though you might not be able to negotiate your place within it until late September or early October.

The goodwill exchanges in May should make for pleasant experiences in personal dealings. And in some ways, however much you try, you cannot help but see these spill into your personal arena. It might be quite hard to define the boundary between personal and professional. And it might be even harder to draw the line between pleasure and business, but the developments emerging in early June could force it to be done, so It’s better to take control of this yourself and have maximum input than forfeit the right to someone else. You are about to re-trace or repeat a procedure you may have thought complete. Or it may be only recently that you began to truly understand the implications of what you have learned since last September and be able to use that towards future terrain. An aspect between the sun and Neptune in October could see the option of a startlingly sudden short cut in financial red-tape or limitation, but this needs to be monitored or nurtured until the second week of November if you are to gain fuller knowledge. Line it up when you see it, but it will require shaping and tailoring somewhat until November, if you are to avoid the downside of inexperience or sketchy understanding.

Flexibility is key in June, therefore don’t be afraid of having more than one iron in the fire or of moving between two equally important affiliations. The transformations happening in environmental matters or everyday surroundings since late last year are set to reach a fork in the road in May, and what is decided between early May and late June dictates that blockades and barriers have to be taken down or overturned in July if a total impasse is to be avoided. Otherwise the longer term destinations are virtually off the map. Without adherence to some kind of arbitration or the greater voice, a much narrower field of movement will be the only option until next year. This is a matter of group choice perhaps, rather than individual effort, so don’t take on too much responsibility or blame. The prospects are still looking good whatever, once December is turning the year into 2009.

Autumn update

The delicate balance required now between your steely self resolve and your gentler personal needs will be helped along somewhat by well meaning individuals who have your best interests at heart - or do they? Only time will tell! and as October sorts out the wheat from the chaff you need to be prepared for some revelations or secrets to emerge which change the way you see certain people for good. This is not so much about skeletons in the cupboard as it is about classified information made public. Although the fuller effects are not felt until November time, there is the need to press on with security arrangements begun earlier in the year or protective measures left on hold since May and highlighted by some of these very telling facts suddenly looking different than they did when last examined or when initially set out.

It could not be otherwise with your ruler Saturn in the prudent and pragmatic sign of virgo. The worst of the close-up purge and stop-checks are almost over, and it remains simply to make the amendments.

Whether we are talking financial or professional or things more personal depends on your individual chart perspective, but the harvest is surely almost in from the last few years growth.

If the impending credit crisis is becoming more real then it is to do with terms and conditions and things not understood well enough initially at the start of ventures. Capricorns are not ones to take such matters lightly, nor are they much for blithe speculation without good research or for taking incautious leaps into the unknown. But they are ones to worry too much over the slightest financial blip or missing figure. Your penchant for having a bleak overview of a bad scene is famous, but your ability for making do and mending - when others are in the water - is also well known. The easy aspect between Jupiter in your own sign and transiting Saturn gives the greatest strength to the weakest situation. Yes, you may be inhibited about schemes previously in motion and seemingly straightforward. But no, you are not without a plan B - or even a plan C. Where other people are floundering you are refraining from saying ‘I told you so’ and setting matters to rights like the host of a raucous party in the aftermath of the guests. You knew how it might be, and you felt it probably would be - so you are more than somewhat prepared for it , and what to do next is only a few blinks away from being sighted. By December you have overturned your own trepidation and gone to a strategy for including wider points of contact and less sophisticated modes of undertaking things which previously included methods far more elaborate or costly.
